After beginning his career as a press attaché for American films distributed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Filmexport, Florent Lamy founded Elevate Management with a vision inspired by the American talent agency model. Specializing in representing American talent across France and Europe, his first client was Oscar-winning director, writer, and producer James Foley.

Under his leadership, Elevate Management has grown into a globally recognized agency, representing a diverse roster of talent and celebrities from around the world. In 2024, the agency expanded with new offices in London and Miami, further strengthening the bridge between the American and European entertainment industries. Through Elevate Media Finance, Florent is spearheading efforts to package, finance, and produce high-profile Franco-American film and television projects in English, with several productions currently in development and securing funding.
